Today, Lafeliya Design Staging is based in Rotterdam and works across the Netherlands, collaborating with real estate agencies and private sellers who value thoughtful presentation and interiors that reveal their full potential through strong, well-considered visual storytelling.
Lafeliya Design was founded in 2020 in Ukraine as an interior design studio.
The practice worked with residential spaces from concept to completion, including renovation supervision, as well as the design and styling of cafés and HoReCa projects.
During this period, dozens of projects were realised - residential interiors created from scratch, apartment redesigns and refreshes, interior styling and decoration.
The practice actively developed, working with both private clients and commercial spaces, including online projects across Europe.
In February 2022, after relocating to the Netherlands, I took a one-year conscious pause to study the local market, mindset and the specifics of working with real estate, after which I continued my professional activity - both locally and through online projects across Europe, focused on redesign and interior styling.
Over time, a clear focus emerged. Home staging became a logical next step - the most concentrated and result-driven form of working with space.
A format where the ability to quickly recognise potential, make precise decisions and bring an interior to a clear, convincing state is essential. The approach is based on strong visual thinking and sensitivity to the emotional perception of space.
Calm contemporary styling is combined with warmth, character and elegance - layered neutrals, tactile materials, refined contrasts and carefully curated details. Home staging also offers something essential: clarity and speed of results.
Unlike long interior projects, it delivers a tangible visual impact in a short timeframe - for both the client and the market.
